Mercy's Parent Teacher Organization exists to support our wonderful Mercy faculty and staff, to serve as a resource for parents, and to build a community that engages families to contribute to the success of our children.  We invite all parents to get involved!

Kate
My name is Kate Hartley.  My husband Justin and I are parents to three daughters at Mercy, in grades 1, Kindergarten and Pre-K 3.  I work as a Political Fundraiser and am looking forward to using those skills to help support Mercy’s wonderful students and teachers.  Our family is grateful to be part of such a faith-filled, supportive community. Cynthia
My name is Cynthia Weiler and my husband, Tom, and I have two children at Our Lady of Mercy School. We have been parishioners since 2023 and enjoy spending time with other parents at all Mercy events! I am originally from Pittsburgh, PA, studied philosophy and law at Catholic University of America, and have been teaching Religion at Mercy since 2024.

Ali
Ali is an Our Lady of Mercy alum and now has two children at the school, with a third at home eagerly awaiting her turn to join the rest of the family. After Mercy, Ali graduated from Holy Child, then UNC-Chapel Hill (BSBA) and Georgetown University (MBA). In addition to Mom and MPTO Treasurer, Ali is a Financial Advisor in Tysons Corner and enjoys any and all racquet sports when she isn't sitting in 495 traffic.
