The Inclusion Program supports a small number of students with learning, developmental, or intellectual disabilities in a nurturing, parochial school setting. We consider it both an honor and privilege to live the gospel message by respecting and valuing the talents and contributions of all learners. Special education services are tailored to meet individual goals. These services are delivered in many ways including team teaching between a general and special educator in the general education classroom, small group instruction, and individual instruction. A student’s schedule, designed to reflect the level of service they need to be successful while including him/her in the general education classroom as much as possible, may be unique. The entire OLOM community appreciates the strengths and needs of each student and benefits from being a part of a more inclusive, welcoming school.
