The 3rd Annual Mercy 5K Run/Walk and Kids Dash will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023.  This out and back course weaves through the Mercy community and offers a mix of everything for the runners:  a challenging climb early on, some flat stretches, and a welcome downhill at the end.  The 5K will be chip-timed, and participants will receive a dri-fit race shirt.  Kids Dash participants will receive a cotton race shirt and a medal.  Post-race festivities will include food, music, fun for the kids, and carb-replenishing beer for the adults!  Open to the public.

Early-Bird Registration Fee:  $30
Registration:  $35 (after 3/29)
Kids Dash - $20 (8 and under)

Awards structure:  

• Top overall male and top overall female ($200 each)
• Top male and female in each age group:  14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60+) No duplication of awards. 
• First place in each of the family team categories:  Father/Son, Mother/Son, Mother/Daughter, Father/Daughter
• Medals for all Kids Dash participants
